Terms & Conditions
The term "seller" or "us" or "we" refers to Premier Diecasts whose registered office is Riverside House, Kings Reach Business Park, Yew Street, Stockport SK4 2HD. The term "you" or "your" refers to the buyer.
These are the terms and conditions which apply to all purchases of products by you from the seller via this web site. Terms and conditions may be varied from time to time and we reserve the right to do this without providing notice to you should this be necessary. Notice will be provide where possible however, we recommend that you check our terms and conditions before making any purchase and keep a copy of these for your records.
1. Prices. All prices are shown in sterling and include VAT. All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. If we do, then we will contact you to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.
2. Ordering. Please order using our online shopping cart. If you prefer, you may e mail your order to sales@premierdiecasts.co.uk.
You may pre order new items. These will be sent out to you as soon as they become available. We will keep you updated as to their progress.
We endeavour to send your order within 10/14 working days subject to availability. If an order cannot be completed in this time we will contact you accordingly. If you require an item for a specific date (eg. a birthday) please contact us before you order to ensure the item is in stock
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Acceptance of order. We will notify you of the acceptance of your order by email.
Should there be a delay in despatch we will notify you by email and advise you of the expected delivery date.
4. Payment. We accept payment by most major Credit and Debit cards, via PayPal, by Postal Order or by Personal Cheque payable to Premier Diecasts.
All Postal Orders and Cheques will require clearing before goods will be despatched.
If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any). We take every reasonable care to ensure that the details of your payment are secure. Unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains access to any information you provide when accessing or ordering.
5. Cancellation. If you change your mind and want to cancel an item, please e mail us as soon as possible.
Items may only be cancelled prior to despatch.
6. Delivery. Delivery is either by Parcel Force or Courier and within 14 days of placing your order subject to availability.
If your order does not arrive within 21 days, please contact us to obtain the date of despatch.
We cannot be held responsible for late delivery, due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns. You may return any item within 10 days for a refund.
Please e mail us first with details of the item and your reason for return.
Products returned must be in their original packaging and seals intact.
We will refund the cost of the item. Outward and return carriage charges remain your responsibility.
8.Faulty or damaged goods. We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged please sign for it damaged and inform us immediately via email at sales@premierdiecasts.co.uk or telephone 0161 298 0054. In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty please retain the product and inform us by email sales@premierdiecasts.co.uk, or telephone 0161 298 0054 within 10 days of receipt. We will give you an authorisation code and instructions for the return of the item. We cannot accept returned items without an authorisation code. Thereafter our policy is as follows: genuinely faulty goods will be refunded, substituted or replaced. We will refund any reasonable postage fees incurred. Please use Royal Mail standard signed for post. Refunds will not be given for products damaged by misuse. Our maximum refund will not exceed the total paid for the goods and postage.
9. Product Description. To the best of our knowledge the product descriptions on our site are accurate. Alterations to specifications may vary occasionally and these may not be reflected immediately on our site.
10. Governing Law. The laws of England and Wales govern all transactions between the seller and the buyer.
